This sale presents the first selection from a private collection assembled over several decades by an Israeli collector (1937–2026), who served in four of Israel's wars and devoted his life to collecting objects of historical, artistic and numismatic significance.

Offered in this sale are gold, silver and platinum coins and medals, including limited editions, rare sets, and official issues of the Bank of Israel and the Israel Government Coins and Medals Corporation. The collection includes pieces with mintages as low as 61, 90 and 100 examples.

This is the first in a series of sales featuring additional material from the same collection, including coins, banknotes, Islamic art and artifacts, and other collectible items.
