Burns Auction & Appraisal - Auction is Thursday, July 16 at 7 pm. ONLINE ONLY. Pickup is Friday, July 17 from Noon to 7 pm at the home in Londonderry, OH. 18.5 percent BP. Cash, card, or cashier’s check only ($2,500 card limit or unless otherwise stated). Additional 3.5 percent on cards. For an added per lot fee – select items (see the description) can be brought back to our facility for alternate pickup or for worldwide shipping (shipping is in addition to the bring-back fee).
