PLEASE NOTE: WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS FOR THIS LISTING IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON AND WILL RECEIVE IF YOU WIN THE AUCTION. NO OTHER ACCESSORY OR PART WILL BE INCLUDED.

Firearms and accessories described as new will come with the manufacturer’s warranty and may or may not come with additional accessories.

Tools are being sold AS - IS with NO WARRANTY and NO RETURNS. The item you are viewing may be a CUSTOMER / WARRANTY RETURNED item that may or may not work.

Shipping costs displayed on the auction is based on packaging, labor and freight cost. Your item will be shipped within two(2) weeks from the date your payment is received. This auction house uses FedEx as the only shipping courier. Only ground shipping is available for tools, long guns, and accessories and we cannot offer any upgrades at this time. Handguns will be shipped by second day shipping.

We can only ship to the Continental United States (48 States) unless otherwise specified in the auction terms and conditions. SOME ITEMS ARE TO LARGE TO SHIP and will be advertised as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O.'s, or F.P.O.'s. Winning Bidders wishing to pick up tools in person please contact the auction house at info@hgaauctions.com or (469)722-2052 for instructions.

Payments must be received within 3 days from the auction end date. If payment is not made within 3 days, bidders will be reported and will be prevented from participating at any future auctions with this auction house, or with any other auction houses on the bidding platform.
