By registering and placing a bid—whether online via BidSpirit, or in person—you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases. Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid tax exemption is provided.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted.

The auctioneer reserves the right to:

Add or remove items

Reject any bid or bidder

Resolve bidding disputes at their sole discretion

Reopen or continue bidding in the event of a tie or technical issue

Online Bidding Notice:

Bidders using BidSpirit acknowledge that internet bidding may be subject to delays or interruptions. The auctioneer is not responsible for missed bids due to technical issues, platform delays, or connectivity problems.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due within the stated timeframe. A valid credit/debit card may be charged on file unless other arrangements are made.

Pickup Terms

Pickup will be held Monday, March 30 from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or by appointment only.

Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of their items. Items not picked up during the scheduled time frame, without prior arrangements, may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal.
