Although we try to catalogue any damage things can be missed. Pictures Form Part Of The Description So Please View Them All. If you can't view the sale in person, you must request a condition report or we WILL NOT offer any refunds.
Items described as "DESIGNER STYLE", are just decorative items, not genuine. We will never describe them as, or infer that they are anything other than that and are sold as seen with no returns.
Jewellery containing stones are in used and worn condition and therefore may have scratches and chips that are not visible to the naked eye, only under an eyeglass. It is YOUR responsibility to submit a condition report request or we will not issue refunds.
POSTAGE:
If items can fit into a box we can ship in house but if not then probably not. Anything breakable or paintings/artwork are shipped at your own risk for damage. Bladed items need to have scabbards or we can't post them. The minimum price for postage and packing is £8.95 and will come Royal Mail 1st class signed for. This is up to roughly shoe box size with weight up to 2kg and value of £75. If over that in weight or value then the price will start at £10+
If the lot numbers start at 1001, these numbers are temporary for early bidding purposes and will be changed prior to viewing and auction day. We will be adding items daily until the catalogue is completed. Early bids will carry over to the new numbers.
Our buyers premium is now 15%, our first price increase in 3 years.
You can now pay by your registered debit/credit card immediately by clicking the "Pay This Invoice" link on the invoice. Our usual payment methods are also still accepted.
Bidding is live in house, internet, telephone and book/commission bids.
The address is Abergele Antique Centre, corner of Bridge street and Llys Gele, Abergele, LL22 7HA.
Please note that the premises is on road parking only and you are limited to 45 minutes. For collecting purposes you will need to make a collection appointment, 24 hours prior to collecting.
By viewing, or attending, you are responsible for any breakages and we expect you to pay should any occur.
If you are collecting in person you can pay by cash.
We have limited space available so collections need to be no later than Wednesday 8th July. Collection is similar to click and collect so you will need to message us for your preferred 15 minute time window. Collection days are Monday 10.15 - 4.45pm, Tuesday 10.15 - 4.45pm & Wednesday 10.15 - 2.30pm.
ITEMS NOT COLLECTED OR PAYED FOR BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE WEDNESDAY AFTER THE SALE, WILL HAVE £1 PER ITEM PER DAY STORAGE FEE ADDED, OR £2 PER ITEM PER DAY FOR ITEMS OF FURNITURE, UNLESS PRIOR AGREEMENT HAS BEEN REACHED.
If on receipt of your items our description is wrong, or an item is damaged and we haven't mentioned it, we are happy to refund in full. This doesn't include items offered as untested or selling as spare/repair.
PICTURES DO ACT AS PART OF THE DESCRIPTION so please view all pictures for your lots.
We WILL NOT refund after items have left the building, or after 24 hours of receipt for posted items.
If you require postage please use the 'request shipping' link on the invoice, check your details are correct and click "PROCEED". Packaging will be done 4-5 days after the sale. We aim to have items with you asap. We will send tracking details when on route. Again you have 24 hours from receipt of the parcel to contact us if there is an issue. Anything after that will not be considered for a refund.
ALL BUYERS AND SELLERS WILL SEE A FUNDRAISING FEE OF £1 PER SALE ON INVOICES. IF YOU REGISTER TO BID, OR SELL WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS FEE.
WE ARE RAISING MONEY TO SEND YOUNG CARERS OUT FOR THE DAY DURING HALF TERM SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
