Ottoman silvered wire embroidered Torah mantle -Bulkan region 1891
The Torah mantle is embelished with organic and floral motifs embroidered into the purple velvet. The mantle is of typical design to Ottoman Turkey and the Bulkan region. the jewish year 5652 (1891) and the name Regina Mashiach ( in hebrew) is embroidered into the velvet.
