An Antique West African Baule Yellow Gold Necklace
Consisting of hand made woven gold ornaments in a traditional West African style seen in Ivory Coast and typically worn by nobility and royal families. The gold plaques range from 9-18K with most being 14 karat gold. Please note that two of the large plaques are brass and one small plaque is also brass. The clasp of the necklace is silver.
Measurements: largest plaque: 5 x 4.5 cm, smallest plaque: 1.5 cm in diameter
