A silver massive ornament for a ceremonial headdress - Uzbekistan / Turkestan - late 19th
An impressive handcrafted embossed ornament for a ceremonial headdress. made of a single piece including the embossed raised dome in the centre. On top of the dome, an additional smaller dome was welded, decorated with granulation and strands of hoop links ending with flat teardrop-shaped pendants. a third of the perimeter is decorated with strands ending with ball-shaped pendants.
