A CAUCASIAN SILVER MOUNTED DAGGER, 19TH CEN.
A Caucasian late 19th - early 20th century dagger (kama) featuring nicely engraved and niello-finished silver mounts. A characteristic form carved two-scale grip with engraved nielloed silver rivets. Double-edged pointy blade with single narrow groove on both sides. Wooden scabbard covered with original black shagreen leather.
Dimensions: L: 21 3/4 in., (55 cm.)
Condition: Good with blade sharpened, minor scabbard leather loss
