TWO CARDS FROM THE "DE LA TOUR D'ARGENT"
La Tour d'Argent "Your Duck" serial number card and tje recepie for the "Le caneton Venaissin" dish. Restaurant La Tour D’Argent (Silver Tower) is famous for the fact that the recipes of the main menu have not changed since the 19th century. At the same time, a tradition appeared in the Tour D'Argent: to each visitor who ordered a special stuffed duck, to issue a special license plate of an eaten bird. This tradition has been preserved to this day, and in 2003 a Parisian restaurant celebrated the millionth order for a specialty dish. Card with the signature of an unknown person.
