A WEST ASIA CHALCEDONY NECKLACE. 3000-2000 B.C.
Composed of flat oval shape, drop shape, irregular barrel shape Chalcedony beads, A diamond shape amethyst beads, interspersed with modern pearls, rose gold plate design beads and small spacer; strung with modern 18 karat gold closure. Ancient Chalcedony beads are hard to find and it take year to make a large strands. Amethyst is used as alternative to chalcedony. The necklace is design by the Japanese Collector.
