The first pages of two newspapers, Vechirniy Kyiv and Pravda, dated March 6, 1953, reporting the death of Joseph Stalin, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR and Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, who died after a serious illness at 9:50 pm on March 5. Necrologue contains an appeal to the citizens of the Soviet Union, information about the illness, condition before death, death, organization of funeral, and other important information for the Soviet people who have lost their leader.
