A RUSSIAN GILDED SILVER ENAMEL SALT CELLAR THRONE
A Russian saltcellar throne chair made of 84 gilt-silver, with gilded silver interior, and gorgeous enameled exterior with blue, white, yellow, and green floral and geometrical patterns, made in cloisonné technique. On the front backrest of the throne salt cellar, there is a depiction of the Konstantin Makovsky painting, A cup of honey 1890, with a beautiful Russian young woman on it. Marked with Russian hallmarks, 84 Silver mark, Kokoshnik, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks. Weight: 167.8 g.
