Signed in English under the image: J.Key Rosenberg has given up his apartment on der top floor uf der Pinewood Flats. Vhy did he move? He vas too near to his own store. It is a rare example of antisemitic propaganda in art. Early 20th century. American school. Rare item due to its subject matter.
