LOT SEVEN GERMAN FAIRING PORCELAIN PIG FIGURINES
A lot of seven Victorian era collectible German novelty fairing porcelain pig figurines including pigs in various transport scenes with retro cars and submarines. They were prizes or trinkets when the large fairs were in their heyday. All figurines are painted in the same green and peachy pink colors for the pigs and adorned with gilding and red accents. One item in the shape of a submarine is impressed with Japan. Several items are stamped, made in Germany, and numbered on the bottom. Circa: 1850s-1900s. German porcelain figurines and decor collectibles.
Dimensions: largest item: 2 3/4" x 5" x 2 3/4" in. Smallest item: 3 1/4" x 3 1/2" x 2" in. All measurements are approximate.
