An antique color photo-engraving, a reproduction of a 1892 painting titled En Deroute, On the Way, by Alfred Paris. The artwork represents an Arab cavalry. The red and blue parts of the print are hand-painted Signed and dated in the lower left. Titled in the lower middle. Signed George Barrie and dated 1893 in the lower left and right. Alfred Jean Marie Paris, 1846-1908, was a French artist. George Barrie, 1843-1918, was a Philadeliphia-based publisher and the leading figure of Gebbie & Barrie printing firm. White mat.
