ITALIAN ARCHITECTURAL ETCHING AFTER L ROSSINI
A Mid century etching on paper, Castor and Pollux in the City of Cora, after Luigi Rossini, Italian, 1790 to 1857. Published by Sidney Z Lucas, produced in 1957. Titled in the plate lower to the center. Inscribed in the plate lower left. Marked copyright in the plate lower right. Framed. Luigi Rossini was an Italian architect, draftsman and engraver, famous for his etching engravings depicting the architecture of Rome and the ancient monuments of Italian cities. Rossini studied architecture at the Bologna Academy of Fine Arts under Antonio Giuseppe Basoli and Giovanni Antonio Antolini. Graphic Art Prints and Collectibles.
