Oil on canvas painting mounted on board by Mabel Rose Welch, 1871 to 1959, an American artist of portrait miniatures who studied from Kenyon Cox and Robert Reid. The artwork depicts a man in wide-brimmed hat. Signed by the artist and dated Paris, 1898 in the lower right. Ornate golden frame. Collectible Antique American Fine Art.
