An antique 19th-century hand-carved jasper cylinder seal bead. A reproduction of an Ancient stamp made for sale as a Grand Tour souvenir. The stamp depicts human figures and stars. The Grand Tour was the 17th to early 19th-century custom of a traditional trip through Europe, with Italy as a key destination, undertaken by upper-class young European men.
