Abram Efimovich Arkhipov, Russian, 1862 to 1930, oil painting on board depicting a portrait of a bearded man dressed a traditional hat with earflaps. Signed lower right. Framed. A paper label of the Aldridge Bros. Art Dealers Ltd., on the backside. Abram Efimovich Arkhipov is a Russian artist Wanderer of the late 19th to early 20th centuries. The plots of Abram Arkhipovs paintings were episodes from the life of ordinary peasants, depicted in rich colors. The artists work also includes poetic landscapes, glorifying the unique beauty of the Northern nature. One of a kind artwork.
