RUSSIAN GILT SILVER CLOISONNE ENAMEL EGG CASKET
A large Russian gilt silver egg casket with hinged lid. The item is richly decorated with polychrome cloisonne enamel ornaments. The clasp is garnished with ruby cabochons. The casket rests on a gilt silver stand representing chicken paws holding accorns. Both items have a 84 silver standard hallmark and makers mark on the rims. Total Weight: 566 grams.
