Andre Lanskoy, Russian, Soviet era, French, 1902 to 1976, lithograph on Arches paper, Composition IX. Circa: 1970s. Signed in pencil lower right. Numbered on pencil, 107 of 150, lower left. Framed. Andre Lanskoy was one of the most important artists of the School of Paris. Andrei Andre Mikhailovich Lanskoy, a Russian painter, graphic artist, creator of color and light. The artist attached great importance to light, which, in his opinion, was the first organic element that organizes everything else: drawing, composition, rhythm.
