A Soviet propaganda watercolor painting on paper by Nikolai Kochergin, a maquette for the propaganda poster. Circa mid 20th century. The painting depicts a huge man standing above the city, pointing at the text calling for a subscription to the Leningradsky Rabochiy newspaper, published from 1951 to 1967.
