Carl Max Kruse, German, 1854 to 1942, bronze sculpture of a naked man in a laurel wreath and holding a laurel branch. Titled Nenikhkamen, Messenger of Victory, circa 1900. Signed the base. With the inscriptions to the label mounted to the side. Carl Max Kruse was a German sculptor and member of the Berlin Secession. Antique Bronze Sculptures For Collectors.
