ANTIQUE JAPANESE WOODBLOCK PRINT BY SHIRO KASAMATSU
Shiro Kasamatsu, Japanese, 1898 to 1991, woodblock print on paper, Kasumu Yube, Misty Evening at Shinobazu Pond in Ueno, 1932. Inscribed with Calligraphy, to the center left. Signed and inscribed with Calligraphy and a red seal, lower left. Shiro Kasamatsu was a Japanese engraver and print maker trained in the Shin Hanga and Sosaku Hanga styles of woodblock printing.
