A Russian Soviet era commemorative porcelain plate dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Primorye from the White Army and interventionists. A Red Army soldier against the backdrop of a seascape with fleet in the center. Grey and red decorated border with gilding. Traces of a red hallmark on the backside.
