Antique Russian Original Black and White Photograph of Military Exercises. WWI Time Period. The Photo was taken while Russian Imperial Troops were holding exercises in the city of Petergof. Photograph was done by a famous Russian Photographer I. Yakovlev who specialized in enlarged copies and large portraits. He was awarded the Highest Gratitude and awards from Sovereign Emperor Alexander III, Sovereign Emperor Nicholas II, His Imperial Highness the heir to the Crown Prince, His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Alexei Alexandrovich, German Emperor William II, President of the French Republic and His Majesty Shah of Persia.
