Rebbe Rayatz Infamous Ksavim Suitcase (Chabad)
An accompanying letter attesting to this suitcase* being gifted
by Shalom Ber Gourary (The Rebbe Rayatz only Grandson) to Rabbi Shaul Shimon Deutsch. In the letter, Gourary describes this very suitcase never leaving the Rebbe Rayatz side. It held the holly Ksavim of the Rebbes of Chabad - "Even when we were stuck in Warsaw this suitcase never left his side".
An authentic piece of Chabad history that held many generations of Ksavim while fleeing Russia, Germany, and Poland until reaching the United States.
*Understandably the Rebbe had a few suitcases.
