Signed on title page "משה בנימין מלמד מליבאוויץ".
Original covers, title and Sefer water stained, Printed on Blue Green paper.
A nice complete copy.
Previous owner stamps Rabbi Eliyahu Simpson.
Rav Simpson learned in Tomchei Temimim in the town of Lubavitch, Russia for 15 years and was among the prominent “chozrim” of the Rebbe Rashab (d.1920). The Rav was among the first Chabad Chassidim to arrive in America and served as Rav of Congregation Tzemach Tzedek in Brooklyn for over 50 years.
The Rebbe Rayatz met R' Moshe Binyomin together with R' Eliyahu when he visited N.Y. in 1929. See his own words in Sefer Hamamarim-1951 Pg. 316.
