Early edition of the Shulchan Aruch, and one of the earliest editions of Shulchan Aruch "wrapped in the tablecloth [מפ"ה]" (with the Ram"a's glosses) ["מפה" - "הגהות הרמ"א על השולחן ערוך"] Beautiful small format edition.
Title page for each section, and each section also has a luach hahalachot - a short index, and the poem 'L'Ma'alat HaShulchan.'Mif'al HaBibliographiah HaIvri does not list the leaf at the end of the Even HaEzer section.
