A Mayim Achronim Set Belonging to Rabbi Yehuda Michel Lefkovitz
This Mayim Achronim set was used by Rabbi Yehuda Michal Lefkovitz at the end of every meal for decades.
Set is made of metal with a deep water bowl and rim bedecked with turquoise stones. Rim of bowl is decorated with pictures of the Kotel Hama'ravi (Western Wall), Migdal David (Tower of David), Jews carrying a large cluster of grapes (scene from the bible), and the words 'Mayim Achronim' written in Hebrew. Attached to the rim is an arch with floral scrolling designs with a loop at center which holds the water pitcher shaped vessel.
Included is a certificate from his son Rabbi Moshe David Lefkovitz.
Overall Good condition, stains showing signs of use, some turquoise stones are missing, some dings to base, arch is tilted slightly.
