Silver Continental Besomim- Spice Box, Austrian, circa 1850
Fine Austrian example of an impressive silver Spice Tower. Square central body of fine filigre work with arched door for the spices, topped by a smaller body and spire hung with two bells and flag. Body set on knopped stem and angled square filigree base with four semi domed feet.
