מכתב בכתב יד קודשו ובחתימתו של האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי יחיאל יהושע רבינוביץ - החלקת יהושע מביאלא.
רקע: המכתב מהשנים שלאחר השואה כשהאדמו"ר עלה לא"י וביקש להקים מחדש את החסידות בארץ הקודש, במכתב מבקש מאנ"ש לחדש את מעות חודש הידוע בשם "מעמדות" וכותב "נאמנים עלינו דברי חז"ל כל המקיים את התורה מעוני סופה לקיימה מעושר ואחד המרבה ואחד הממעיט ובלבד שיכון לבו לשמים" בהמשך מסביר הרבי שזה "לטובתכם בגוף ונפש ובזה ובבא יוכל לצמוח לכם טובה מזה" בסופו מברך הרבי: "ותתברכו בברכה המשולשת בבני חיי ומזוני רויחא ותזכו להיות מתמכי אורייתא מתוך עושר וכבוד כנפש המעתיר"

האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי יחיאל יהושע רבינוביץ - החלקת יהושע מביאלא [תרס"א – תשמ"ב 1900/1982] נולד לאביו האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי ירחמיאל צבי, נתייתם בצעירותו וגדל בבית אבי אמו האדמו"ר מאוז'רוב. בגיל 23 החל לכהן באדמורו"ת בשדליץ והקים ישיבה, בה למדו מאות בחורים, לאחר השואה בשנת תש"ז עלה לארץ הקודש ונתיישב בת"א ובשנת תשט"ז עבר לירושלים ושם הקים את בית מדרשו, נפטר בשנת תשמ"ב ונקבר בהר הזיתים, ספריו: 'חלקת יהושע' 'סדר היום' ועוד.
