כריכה ישנה, מעט מנותקת ופגועה. כתמים ומעט נקבי עש. קבוצת דפים מנותקים. מעט קרעים, הדבקה בדף השער. מצב בינוני – טוב.
לספרי זיטאמיר וסלאוויטא שנדפסו ע"י נכדי הרב מסלאוויטא ורבי פנחס מקוריץ נודעה קדושה מיוחדת, כלי הדפוס והאותיות הוטבלו במקווה לפני המלאכה, ואף החזקת ספרים קדושים אלו ידועה כסגולה לשמירת הבית ולהצלחה.
