In the original: 4, 275, 1 page; This copy is missing a title page and a page after it. 33 cm. Old proof slightly trimmed.
Plain old cover. spots. Pages slightly wavy. Pastes are some on the text but most are transparent. On the agreement page there is a tear with a missing one and a few other tears. Good condition.

ספר 'פירות גנוסר' שו"ע יורה דעה עם 'פרי חדש' מאת רבינו חזקיה די סלוה, ועם 'פרי תואר', מאת רבינו חיים בן עטר בעל ה'אור החיים' הקדוש.
דפוס ראשון שנדפס בחיי המחבר ה'אור החיים' הקדוש רבינו חיים בן עטר. בחיבורו 'פרי תואר' ישנם השגות רבות על פסקיו של רבי חזקיה די סילוה שבספרו 'פרי חדש'. ולכן, בחר ה'אור החיים' הקדוש רבי חיים בן עטר להדפיס את חיבורו שלפנינו כשפסקי השו"ע מופיעים במרכז העמוד, ובשני הצדדים ה'פירות': 'פרי חדש' ו'פרי תואר'.
אמשטרדם תק"ב 1742. במקור: 4, רע"ה, 1 דף; בעותק זה חסר שער ודף אחריו. 33 ס"מ. הגהה עתיקה מעט קצוצה.
כריכה ישנה פשוטה. כתמים. דפים מעט גליים. הדבקות חלקם על הטקסט אך רובם שקופות. בדף ההסכמות קרע עם חסר וכן מעט קרעים נוספים. מצב טוב.
