We are pleased to present you with our 37th premium auction catalog.
Hundreds of rare items with a distinctive antique sensation. Items in all areas of Judaica; personal items from Tzadikim, ancient gold and silver coins, silverware, Sforim from Slavita and Zitomir, Chassidus, signatures and stamps, dedications, annotations, manuscripts, Rabbonim's letters etc.
We ask all customers and interested parties, please present all questions and inquiries regarding the items before the sale and not afterwards.
Customers who do not pay within 12 business days from the date of sale will be blocked and will not be able to buy from us at subsequent sales.
Payment is in Shekels according to the median rate of exchange on the day of sale or on the day of payment, the highest of the two, in accordance with the Heter Iska Bris Pinchas.
The English description in the catalog is intended for the convenience of buyers who do fluently understand Hebrew, however, the English translation sometimes lacks information about the items. Therefore, it is imperative to review the description of the items in Hebrew. Please be aware that the description in Hebrew is the binding description.
In order for us to be able to process your purchases swiftly and efficiently, and to ensure they are promptly shipped to you, please complete the payment process without delay.
It is possible to pick up your purchase in person, but in such case you must you must
coordinate this in advance.
Shipping costs:
In Bne Brak, courier delivery for normal sized packages: 35 Shekels.
Regular courier service in Israel is a flat rate for each package measuring up to 40 X 40 X 40 (cm) and weighing less than 15 Kg: 65 Shekels.
For packages exceeding the above measurements/weight the price is 130 Shekels.
International shipments according to package size and weight. We ship with DHL only.
There are no registered mail shipments available.

Cover worn and detached. A book falling apart. Some of the sheets were not cut in the pattern. The title page and one of the introduction pages with tears and some damage to the text. Stains and mostly light time stains as well as mostly light tears. In general good condition.

ספר פולמוסי חריף, שנכתב כתשובה לספר 'שלחן מלכים' מהדיין רבי משה צבי לנדא מקליינוורדיין, שהשיג וחלק על פסקי רבו האדמו"ר רבי חיים אלעזר שפירא בעל ה'מנחת אלעזר' ממונקאטש.

מהדורה יחידה. ח"ב לא נדפס. מונקאטש, תרצ"ב 1932. [36] קעו עמ'; 17 ס"מ.

הסכמות אבי המחבר - רבי דוד שליסל, בית הדין במונקאטש, רבי שניאור זלמן שניאורסון ועוד.

בדף השער חותמת המחבר רבי נטע שלמה שליססעל.

כריכה בלויה ומנותקת. ספר מתפרק. חלק מהגיליונות לא נחתכו בדפוס. דף השער ואחד מדפי ההקדמה עם קרעים ומעט פגיעות בטקסט. כתמים ובעיקר כתמי זמן קלים וכן קרעים ברובם קלים. באופן כללי מצב טוב.

הגה"ק רבי נטע שלמה שליסל, הי"ד [תרס"ד - תש"ד] ראב"ד מונקאטש וראש הישיבה 'דרכי תשובה'. בן הגאון רבי דוד שליסל הדומ"ץ בזבארוב וראב"ד במונקאטש, בעל ה'אמרי דוד'. למד בישיבת האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי חיים אלעזר שפירא ה'מנחת אלעזר'. כבר בצעירותו נודע בלימודו וחריפותו, וספרו הראשון 'נטע שעשועים' נדפס כבר בהיותו בן עשרים ואחת, בהסכמתו של רבו האדמו"ר הרה"ק ה'מנחת אלעזר', וכן הספר 'גירסא דינקותא' שכתב בנעוריו. לאחר נישואיו היה מספר שנים בעיר חותנו - קרעניץ, ומשנת תרצ"ג כיהן כדיין בבית דינו של האדמו"ר הרה"ק ה'מנחת אלעזר' במונקאטש. כיהן כרב ומגיד שיעור בביהמ"ד 'ישועות ישראל' שבמונקאטש. לאחר פטירת אביו בשנת ת"ש התמנה על מקומו כראב"ד. נספה בשואה על קידוש ה', הי"ד.
