האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי אברהם אלימלך פרלוב מקרלין [תרנ"א - תש"ג] 'הבעש"ט של דורו' - כך התבטא עליו האדמו"ר הרה"ק רבי משה מרדכי בידרמן מלעלוב. היה מגדולי אדמו"רי דורו, הקים ישיבות ורבים נהרו אליו. ביקר בארץ הקודש מספר פעמים, ובאחד הפעמים, כששמע שהנאצים ימ"ש פלשו לעירו, רצה לחזור לעירו כדי לעודד את היהודים שם, ואף כי חסידיו ניסו לעצור בעדו, הרבי התעקש לא להשאיר את חסידיו לבד. נהרג על קידוש ה', הי"ד.
