The frame and base are fabricated from marine-grade stainless steel; highly-durable, salt-water tested, suitable for all extreme elements, and with proper care is virtually rust proof.

The shade is upholstered in a Sunbrella fabric, the heavy base is a vintage Tuuci base with rollers which makes is easy to move around.
