USS Ranger CCA-61 (Penguin, working spark from flint), Commander in Chief United States Pacific Fleet, Presented by Admiral John J. Hyland (Zippo, no spark from flint). USS Tang (Wellington, no spark from flint) and Freelancers Fighter Squadron 21 (Howard, no spark from flint). California Air National Guard 146th Fighter Interceptor Wing (named: Lyle A.
