German Field Marshal Kesselring Signed Photo & 1956 Letter TLS with Translation. Albert Kesselring writes this letter to Colonel Harold E. Potter. He praised Potter for his attitude shown to “us Prisoners of War”. The signed photo measures 4 x 6 inches. Albert Kesselring was a German military officer and convicted war criminal who served in the Luftwaffe during World War II. In a career which spanned both world wars, Kesselring became one of Nazi Germany's most highly decorated commanders, being one of only 27 military personnel awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds. Nice readable condition.
