This is an 18 karat yellow gold antique ring with ornate undercarriage set with an approximate 4.5 carat (12 mm x 14 mm) emerald-cut emerald and surrounded by approximately 1 carat of hand-faceted, antique-cut diamonds. The ring is a size 8 and weighs 18.9 grams (12.2dwt). This is a preowned, estate item.
