Sapphire and Diamond Ring. There is approximately 1.20 carats of marquise-shaped blue sapphires and .50 carats of round, brilliant-cut diamonds in this 14 karat white gold ring. The ring is US size 6.5. This ring can be resized for an additional $75, please allow an additional 10 days for shipping if we resize it. This is a preowned item in excellent condition. It is certified and appraised for $6,800.00 estimated retail replacement value.
