Genuine Sapphire and Earth-Mined Diamond Pendant. This is a 14 karat yellow gold pendant that features a 4.58 carat pear-shaped, prong-set blue sapphire with .33 carats of round, brilliant-cut, F-G color, I1 clarity diamonds in the halo. The pendant is approximately 7/8" diameter and has a solid affixed bail. This is a preowned, estate item in excellent condition. It is certified and appraised for $24,900.00 estimated retail replacement value.
