Large Quimper Scalloped Edge Serving Tray by Porquier Beau
Beautifully decorated French Faience hand painted serving tray by Porquier Beau, marked Noce Bretonne and featuring the intersecting PB mark on underside.
The tray depicts a convivial scene of Brittany people at a fair. The tray is heavily decorated with an arabesque border, also known as decor rich or rinceaux. The Armoiries de Bretagne, Brittany coat of Arms is featured on top.
Measuring H 2 W 21 D 16 in
In great condition, wear consistent with age.
