Pair of French D'Epinay Carved Marble Urns Circa 1836
Due to unpaid invoice, we are relisting this pair of carved marble urns signed D Epinay.
The lids have pineapple finials on classic urn-shaped bodies with large ram head handles, each side with carved oval panels depicting scenes of a nude woman and child with carved ribbons, bows and grape vines, and carved foot on a low square fluted plinth.
Each signed, D Epinay, Charles Adrien Prosper D Epinay circa 1836 -1914. Each with a contemporary parcel gilt and painted square wooden
pedestal, measuring 36 inches H x 20 inches Sq.
Urns measure 43.5 inches H x 25 inches W x 18 inches D, Circa - 1900.
