Vintage c1940 Bright Bars Comfort Quilt measuring 67x80". Comprised of blue solid, green print and yellow print 4" wide bars, with alternating 2" red solid bars. There is a 4.5" and 7.5" yellow print border on the 2 sides. There is thick cotton batting and a pieced reverse. Edge is finished knife edge style, by hand. It is machine pieced and hand tied in a purple yarn. In fair condition with toning, spots, minor edge wear and small holes. This quilt is part of the Living Estate of widely respected Sharon Stark of Sharon's Antiques Vintage Fabrics and Textiles of Eastern PA. She was an author and long time collector and dealer of antique quilts, fabrics and textiles. Sharon is the authority on Feedsacks, and you may remember her Rickrack website. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $25 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
