AGRIPPA I, 37 – 43 CE
Bronze, 20.4 mm. Obverse: Bust of Agrippa I to r. Greek inscription: “The great king Agrippa friend of the Caesar”. Reverse: Tyche standing to l., resting on rudder and holding palm branch. Greek inscription: “Caesarea which is near-by Augustus Harbor”. Year 7 (42/3 CE). About Very Fine and very rare. Meshorer TJC 122; Hendin 1246. Ex Shlomo Moussaieff collection, Herzliya Pituah.
