Linder & Cattaraugus fixed blade knives and sheaths.
1) Issued to soldiers during WWII, this vintage Cattaraugus Quartermaster 225Q bowie knife [9-3/4" length] with stacked leather washer handle w/ sheath in good used condition. 5 1/2" Blade has been sharpened and cutting edge Is good. Straight and no dings. Finger guard slightly loose, pommel is tight. Both brass. Stacked leather handle is tight, No broken or missing parts. Sheath has crease on back and abrasion on belt loop back.
2) Cattaraugus 8-1/4”" total length fixed 4” blade knife. "The Better Quality Knife" is stamped on the Ricasso. Stacked leather washer handle w/ aluminum pommel and guard [fit tight]. Knife blade has pitting, discoloration. Edge is fairly sharp. Original Cattaraugus marked belt sheath.
3) Cattaraugus 7”" total length fixed 3-1/2” blade knife. "Cattaraugus" is stamped on the Ricasso. Stacked leather washer handle w/ aluminum pommel and guard [pommel wobbles]. Brass set screw on pommel chewed a bit. Knife blade is bright, has grind marks and tip is rounded. Edge is fairly sharp. Vintage embossed leather marked belt sheath.
4) Linder Bowie Knife. 9-3/4” total length fixed 4-1/2” blade knife. “Linder Bowie Handmade Solingen Germany Inox” etched on upper edge of blade. Aluminum pommel and guard. Brand new, bright blade. Leather sheath for belt loop w/ Celtic design pattern. Snap strap enclosure.
