"JUIFS ET AMERICAINS ROIS DE L'AFRIQUE DU NORD" - 'Jews and Americans are the Kings of North Africa' - an antisemitic essay accusing Jews of taking over North Africa, and in an attempt to take it out of French control, by Andre Chaument. "Uncensored edition", Paris, 1943.
The book, which was published in France during the pro - Nazi Vichy government, opens with a quote from the Jew Dr. Elias Salomon about the Jewish takeover of American public opinion: “The United States will be the center of Judaism in the near future. America offers us a happy combination of so many positive circumstances that we have never encountered such in the history of our dispersal." The author describes how the Jews took over North Africa economically until they became stronger than the countries in which they live, and that a situation of 'reverse slavery' has been created in which the entire world economy relies on the Jews. He describes how a small number of Jewish merchants managed to take over all of North Africa by cheating, and at an interest rate taken full from non Jews, and laments the 'fall of French Algeria into the hands of the 'traitorous Jewish people'. Throughout the book, the author warns against the Jew who poses a danger to the North African countries that were ruled by France at the time, and warns the French people against the 'danger of the Jew' who sells the French people to the 'bandit American'.
