In this publication, which was published about 3 years after the rise of the Nazi Party to power and the widespread outbreak of antisemitic waves in Germany and abroad, extensive coverage of the dismal state of European Jewry with extensive reference to the impact of anti-Semitism on Jewish fate, and its consequences in pogroms across Europe.
